Documentation Coordinator
Beata Kozłowska
Order in papers is a peaceful mind
Beata joined Corporate Bridge in March 2021. She deals with what most partners avoid during separation: sorting hundreds of invoices, contracts, and protocols. Her work starts where emotions end and hard data in files begins. Numbers have no emotions, so Beata sticks to facts and specific KRS entries. She doesn't judge who is right in a dispute, just checks what was actually signed during the last 4 years of cooperation.
Last quarter, Beata closed the inventory process for 3 transport companies. in one of them, based in Piaseczno, she found 14 lost lease agreement annexes in just 3 business days. Thanks to this, the partners could divide the fleet of 22 vehicles without calling an appraiser for each car individually. Her method is based on checklists that eliminate understatements. Business must keep running, and without complete documentation, any division is legally defective.
Focus on concrete numbers
Beata ensures that every exit document is ready for signature within the set deadline. Usually, preparing a full documentation package for a medium-sized workshop or wholesaler takes her from 5 to 9 days. She doesn't use difficult words. If a document is missing a signature, she says so directly. In October 2023, she detected an error in the share register that could have cost one of the partners 14,300 PLN in a tax settlement. Fixing it took her 4 hours at the desk.
She works according to the principle: clean table, clean account. When partners decide to separate, Beata takes over contact with accounting to relieve the board. In 2024, she has already carried out 17 such verifications. She often repeats that a well-described file saves more money than long negotiations in cafes. It may be a low-profile job, but without it, no asset division at Corporate Bridge would come to fruition.
Privately, Beata values specifics. If she promises to send a summary by Tuesday at 12:00 PM, the file reaches the inbox at 11:50 AM. She doesn't believe in empty promises, only in what can be proven on paper. Outside of work, she is interested in renovating old office furniture from the 70s, where precision and no rushing also count. Heads-up: Beata always asks for access to document scans at least two years in advance to be sure nothing escapes.
