Terms of Service of Corporate Bridge

This document defines how the Corporate Bridge website works. By entering here, you accept these simple rules. Our Warsaw-based company helps in difficult business separations. You won't find complicated legal loopholes here. The site serves for contact and getting to know our mediation and audit offer. All content you read here is for informational purposes. If you are looking for specific help, we must sign a separate contract for the project.

Numbers have no emotions, so our terms are also concrete. Remember that the site may change. From time to time we add new blog texts or update the session price list. By using Corporate Bridge, you agree that we play fair. We deliver reliable knowledge, and you use it in an honest way. This is the basis for further talks about your corporate asset division.

Corporate Bridge acts as an impartial arbiter. We are not your attorney nor your partner's proxy. Our goal is to protect the operations and assets of the company itself. Services such as preliminary mediation or operational audit are priced fixedly. A mediation session costs 3,800 PLN with us. A full settlement project costs around 12,450 PLN. We act so that the business must keep running, regardless of your conflict.

We do not take the side of either founder. If during the talks we feel that one side is trying to bribe or deceive us, we terminate the cooperation. A clean table and a clean account are our priorities. We help gather hard data for the spreadsheet. You can take the documents we prepare to a notary to finalize the division. We do not conduct criminal cases or represent anyone in court in disputes over fault. We focus exclusively on facts and numbers.

In matters of partner separation, discretion is the basis. Any information you provide to us via form or email is treated as strictly secret. We do not share your problems with third parties. Marek Wiśniewski and our team ensure that financial data does not leak to the competition. When you send us documents for an audit of 83 cost categories, you can sleep soundly. We use secure connections and proven file storage methods.

We expect, however, that you will also play with open cards. Only full knowledge of the state of machinery, goods, and fleet allows for a fair division. Without burning bridges means for us that we respect every bit of information that has flowed into the office in Wola. If you withdraw from the process, your data will be archived in accordance with the law or deleted upon request. We do not build a mailing database for sending advertisements. We are only interested in specific projects and real solutions to board problems.

We provide valuations and plans, but you and your partner make the final decisions. Corporate Bridge is not responsible for how you use the settlement sheet we prepare. Our role ends with delivering hard data and moderating conversations. We act on the basis of the documents you provide us. If you hide debts from us or conceal the state of the warehouse, our valuation will not reflect the truth.

We strive for the process to last an average of 4.2 weeks, but it depends on your cooperation. We do not guarantee that every mediation will end in a settlement, as sometimes the conflict is too deep. In that case, we suggest a safe liquidation of assets. Our risk reports are generated within 72 hours and point out flashpoints. These are tools designed to facilitate your exit from the company, not ready-made verdicts. The final signature on the notarial deed belongs to the partners. We only ensure that this signature is based on facts, not on anger.

These terms are effective as of February 2025. We may change them if regulations or the scope of our audits change. We will inform you about any significant change on this subpage.
