What do partners ask most often?

Separation in business is difficult, but numbers have no emotions. We answer specifically what keeps you awake at night.

Ask another question
How do I know you won't take my partner's side? +

This is the basis of our work. We sign a neutrality agreement. We do not represent the interests of one partner against the other. Our 'client' is the company and its assets. If we feel that one side is trying to pull us to their side, we stop the process. A clean table is our rule.

How long does the entire settlement take? +

Most cases, such as separating a fleet in a transport company or dividing a wholesaler's warehouse, we close in 4.2 weeks. This is the time from the first coffee in our office to signing the division protocol. Court battles last for years and destroy financial liquidity.

How much does your help really cost? +

We start with a preliminary mediation for 3,800 PLN. This is enough to establish a protocol of discrepancies. A full operational audit with asset valuation costs around 12,450 PLN. This is a fraction of the amount you could lose through one blocked contract or contractual penalties.

Do I need to already have a lawsuit or a lawyer ready? +

No. We prepare hard data: valuation sheets, client division plan, and repayment schedule. You take the finished document to your notary or lawyer only to formalize it. We take care of the dirty work of counting the assets.

What if my partner doesn't want to talk to me at all? +

In 2024, we had 2 such situations. Then we focus on securing operations — so that the company can pay salaries and invoices while we conduct negotiations. Business must keep running, even if you can no longer stand to look at each other.
