Settlement without guesswork or shouting

Emotions are the worst advisor when dividing a company. We saw this 14 times in 2024 alone. When partners stop talking to each other, lawyers start talking, and that costs an average of 12,400 PLN monthly just for dispute management. We change those rules. We enter the company, open the books, and pull hard data from the last 3 years of activity. Numbers have no emotions and don't take the side of either boss. This brings the discussion back to business tracks, not personal ones.

Our process starts with a 'clean table' inventory. In July 2023, we helped settle a mid-sized printing house from Pruszków. The partners were arguing over machines with a market value of 418,000 PLN. Instead of futile disputes, we prepared a sheet with 83 specific equipment positions. We included real depreciation and the own contribution of each. After 9 days of work, we had a finished document that both sides signed without court involvement. This saved them about 18 months of going to hearings.

We analyze the margin generated by specific departments, shares in the share capital, the state of office equipment, and even a database of 156 active clients. Every element gets its market valuation based on invoices and transaction prices, not on wishful thinking. If one partner leaves, they know exactly what amount they are taking from the till within 14 days of signing the agreement. Without burning bridges and destroying the company.
