Agata Nowacka
Experience in putting out board fires
Agata joined Corporate Bridge in October 2019, bringing 8 years of hard practice in commercial disputes. She doesn't deal with theorizing about relationships. Her work starts where partners stop shaking hands and the company starts losing real money because of it. In 2023 alone, she conducted 43 share separation processes, 31 of which ended with a signed settlement in less than 5 weeks. This allows for avoiding years spent in courts and blocking bank accounts.
Her approach is based on hard data and cool calculation. Numbers have no emotions and Agata sticks to this principle during every meeting. Before sitting at the table with both sides, she analyzes the cost structure and real value of the company's assets. She often repeats that a clean table is a clean account. In March last year, she helped two printing house owners from Poznań divide a machinery park worth 840,000 PLN in just two 3-hour sessions. Without shouting and without involving a bailiff.
She specializes in situations where one partner wants to stay in the business and the other plans a total industry exit. Agata ensures that such a move doesn't harm contracts with key suppliers. (By the way, her favorite part of the job is the moment when, after weeks of tension, both sides finally unblock each other's phone numbers). She acts quickly because she knows that every day of delay in board decision-making is an average 14% drop in team efficiency, which she verified on the example of 12 small trading firms she saved in the last quarter.
At Corporate Bridge, Agata is responsible for preparing exit scenarios. She doesn't promise it will be pleasant, but she guarantees the business must keep running. If a situation requires valuing asset components, she works with our appraisers to close the topic in 11 business days. Thanks to her methods, 17 of our clients from last year run new, independent businesses today, without losing the reputation worked out over years in the local market.
Book a 20-minute preliminary conversation with Agata to evaluate the chances of an amicable solution to your case.
